1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Aurevia Amora Marketing / (“the Company”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, registering as a member, or participating in our reward system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using this website.
2. Product Information & Descriptions
2.1 Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate product information (ingredients, usage, volume, instructions). All information displayed on our website shall be considered final.
2.2 Product Images
Due to lighting, device settings, and production batches, actual product color or packaging may vary slightly from the images shown, without affecting product quality.
2.3 Right to Amend
The Company reserves the right to adjust product prices, promotions, shipping fees, and availability without prior notice.
3. Orders, Payments & Processing
3.1 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a system-generated confirmation.
3.2 Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards
FPX Online Banking
E-wallets (if applicable)
Any additional methods provided on the platform
3.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During festive seasons or peak campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.
3.4 Right to Cancel Orders
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, system errors, suspicious activities or potential fraud. Refunds will be issued if payment has been made.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 Coverage Area
We currently deliver mainly within Peninsular Malaysia. Certain areas may require additional shipping fees.
4.2 Delivery Time
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on courier performance. Delivery delays may occur beyond our control.
4.3 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, customers will need to bear the cost of reshipment.
5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
To ensure hygiene and product safety, the following policies apply:
5.1 ✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Within 48 hours of receiving the item, customers must provide:
Order number
Photos of the product(s)
Photos of packaging/box
Description of the issue
This applies to:
Damaged or leaking items
Wrong items delivered
Severe product defects
After verification, we will arrange:
✅ Replacement shipment, or
✅ Refund (partial/full depending on case)
5.2 ❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Opened or used products
Non-quality issues (personal preference, dislike of scent/texture)
Promotion items, gifts, or bundled goods
Damage caused by customer mishandling
5.3 ✅ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Membership & Reward Sharing System
We offer a membership-based reward system that allows members to earn incentives when referring customers.
The system is strictly compliant with Malaysian consumer, trade, and anti–money laundering laws.
6.1 Membership Registration
Members must provide accurate and truthful information to ensure proper reward calculation.
6.2 Reward Structure
Members may receive rewards based on:
Direct referral purchases
Indirect referral purchases
Reorder/repurchase rewards (if applicable)
All calculations follow the Company’s official system and policy.
6.3 Income Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee income.
Earnings depend on individual sharing effort, sales performance, and market behaviour.
Any exaggerated earning claims are strictly prohibited.
6.4 Prohibited Activities
Strictly not allowed:
Fake orders
Self-purchasing loops for reward abuse
Identity fraud
Misusing company name for false income claims
Misrepresentation of product benefits or ingredients
Violations may result in:

7. User Account & Security
Users are responsible for protecting their login details and maintaining account confidentiality.
Suspicious activities should be reported to customer service immediately.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including but not limited to:
Brand names
Logos
Packaging designs
Product descriptions
Photos
Website content
are the exclusive property of the Company.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken against violators.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company adheres to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Customer data will not be sold, misused, or shared except when necessary for:
Shipping and logistics
Payment processing

10. Disclaimer
Website services may experience downtime or errors beyond our control.
Our products are household cleaning products and not medical items.
