By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Products & Scope

We supply eco-friendly household cleaning products, including but not limited to:
-Laundry Powder
-Laundry Liquid
-Dishwashing Liquid 
-Floor Cleaner 
For quality or regulatory reasons, formulas, labels, packaging, capacities, images, and descriptions may be updated without prior notice.

2. Usage & Safety
You are responsible for reviewing product labels and instructions before use and conducting a small-area test where appropriate. Stop use immediately and seek professional advice if irritation or discomfort occurs.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) misuse or excessive usage; (b) mixing with other chemicals; (c) improper storage (including heat, sunlight or humidity); or (d) failure to follow instructions. Results vary by water hardness, fabric/material and household conditions.

3. Accounts & Information Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you provide (name, phone, email, delivery address). Any re-delivery costs or losses caused by inaccurate/insufficient information or failure to receive parcels shall be borne by you.

4. Orders & Acceptance
An order is accepted only upon our confirmation via system/email/SMS and remains subject to: stock availability, payment verification, risk/fraud review and courier accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, incorrect pricing, or policy violations.

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed at checkout prevail at the time of ordering. We may revise prices, promotions, discounts and shipping fees at any time. Payment is deemed successful only upon confirmation from the payment gateway/bank. We are not responsible for bank/gateway failures or delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery (Summary)
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by festive seasons, weather, courier capacity, road conditions or remote locations. Delivery delays do not constitute a refund ground.

7. Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect the parcel immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be raised within 48 hours by emailing clear photos and an unboxing video to [email protected] with your order number. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without required evidence, may be rejected.

8. Leakage & Spillage (Liquids/Powders)
For liquid/powder goods, minor traces/residue on the outer bag may occur during transit and are considered normal non-defects.
A product is deemed severely leaked only when: (i) estimated content loss exceeds 15%; or (ii) the container is structurally damaged and affects safe use. Unboxing video is required for all leakage claims.

9. Cancellations
Unpaid orders: You may cancel before payment.

Paid/processing orders: Once an order enters processing/packing, cancellation is not permitted due to consumable packaging and handling costs.


10. Returns & Refunds (Summary)
Eligible reasons:
Wrong item shipped; or
Severe transit damage/significant leakage as defined in Section 8, with required evidence.


Not eligible:
Opened/used products exceeding ~5% of content;
Personal preference (e.g., scent you do not like), where the product matches the description;
Minor cosmetic scuffs or slight residue on the outer bag;

Customer ordering error;
Missing unboxing video/photo evidence;
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.

11. Product Variations

Due to naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in colour, viscosity or appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

12. Promotions & Vouchers

Promotional campaigns, voucher usage and eligibility are subject to specific terms stated on the Platform. We may modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, designs, trademarks and other content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

14. Third-Party Links

The Platform may include links to third-party sites (e.g., courier tracking). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties.

15. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for damages arising from misuse, storage errors, mixing chemicals, or failure to follow instructions. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the products.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, courier network disruptions, or other force majeure events.

17. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or cancel service/orders to accounts suspected of fraud, policy abuse, harassment, or repeated unreasonable return/chargeback behaviour.

18. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. In case of dispute, parties shall first seek amicable resolution; failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to the Malaysian courts.
